Truck Headliner Repair

    • 1). Flatten the headliner against the ceiling of the cab. Notice where the headliner has been pulled away from the edges of the ceiling, out from behind the trim piece along the edges.

    • 2). Loosen the Phillips screws that are holding the trim piece to the truck. They are plainly visible. Don't take them out.

    • 3). Spray a thin coat of adhesive to the back side of the headliner, the side that will touch the ceiling. Spray a thin coat of adhesive onto the ceiling. Allow them to dry one minute and then press the headliner against the ceiling. Use your hand to rub any wrinkles toward the edges to smooth them out.

    • 4). Tuck the edge of the headliner behind the trim piece. Tighten the trim piece against the truck. Use the flat screwdriver to completely tuck the headliner into the trim piece.
