How to Burn VCDs to DVD With Nero
- 1). Download and install Nero Move It. This program is not a part of the Nero Multimedia Suite and must be downloaded separately (see Resources).
- 2). Open Nero Move It, and insert the VCD you want to rip the files from into your computer's disc drive.
- 3). Click the CD icon in the Nero Move IT window. Under the CD icon, you will need to select the video option.
- 4). Click the PC icon on the opposite side of the window. Select the video folder. This is where the file will save to your computer.
- 5). Click the "Play" button in the Nero Move It window. The file will begin transferring from the disc to the file destination on your computer.
- 6). Close Nero Move It once the file has finished transferring. Eject the VCD from the computer disc drive.
- 7). Open Nero Burning ROM. This program is part of the Nero Multimedia Suite, so it will not require an additional download.
- 8). Insert a blank DVD into your computer's disc drive.Click "DVD-Video" from the tiny window on the left.
- 9). Select "DVD-Video" in the Nero Burning ROM window.

Click the "New" button in the Nero Burning ROM window. This will open a dialog box. Select the file you want to burn to the DVD, and click the "Open" button within the dialog box. - 11
Click the CD/burning match icon. This is the burn button. The disc will begin to burn. Allow time for Nero to complete the burning process.
