- 1). Click on "Start," click on "All Programs" and select "Windows Media Center."
- 2). Insert the DVD-R into the computer's disk tray. Click the "Burn a CD or DVD" message that appears in the Media Center's interface. Select the "Video DVD" option in the format selection window and click "Next."
- 3). Specify a name for the DVD. Click "Next" to open the "Select Media" page. Choose "Video Library" and click "Next." Select the file name of the VOB file and click "Next" to add the file to the queue.
- 4). Click "Burn DVD" and click "Yes" in the notification window to begin copying the VOB file to the DVD. The program will notify you when the burn is complete.
