- 1). Print or write down these directions before moving on to the next step.
- 2). Restart your computer and press the key indicated during the startup messages to enter into BIOS. This is typically the "Esc" key or one of the "F" keys.
- 3). Use the arrow keys to highlight the submenu which you want to modify (such as Performance, Advanced Settings or Boot) and press "Enter."
- 4). Use the arrow keys to highlight the value you want to change. Press "Enter." Select or input a new value and press "Enter" again to enact your changes.
- 5). Press "Esc" to exit the Phoenix BIOS editor when finished, and press "Y" (if desired) to save changes.
