Tutorial for TurboCAD 3D
- 1). Click on the shortcut on your desktop to start the TurboCAD application.
- 2). Select "View" from the menu and choose "Camera" From the options, choose the camera perspective your want to work in. Isometric works well.
- 3). Go to the toolbar on the left, select the "3D Object" and drag it out to show all of the 3D object options. Place it at the top under the menu. It lists the different types of objects you can create, some from primitives and some from projected shapes.
- 4). Choose the type of object you want to create and drag in the view to create it. For example, to place a cube shape in the view, click on the box shape. You will then drag to define the width and length, and then drag and click to define the height. Add more shapes to create your model.
- 5). Add color to your model by first selecting a part to which you want to add color. The simplest way to do this is to right-click on the model and choose the part from the list. Then click on the "Color" drop-down menu above the view and choose the color you want. Repeat this with the other parts, adding the colors you want. Save your work.
