- 1). Open an Internet browser, and navigate to the computer manufacturer's website.
- 2). Choose "Support" (typically listed at the top of the screen), then choose "Support and Drivers." Depending on the website you are using, the exact phrasing may vary slightly.
- 3). Choose the computer model you have, then select "Windows Vista" as the operating system.
- 4). Click the driver download listed next to the video card. This downloads the driver, for free.
- 5). Double-click the downloaded driver to launch the installation wizard. Follow the prompts of the wizard to completely install the driver and update the video card.
