How to Create a Boot Disk With Imgburn

    • 1). Download and install ImgBurn (see "Resources" section for link).

    • 2). Launch ImgBurn.

    • 3). Select "Write image file to disc."

    • 4). Select a disc image file (.ISO) under "Source."

    • 5). Insert the blank CD. ImgBurn will detect the CD and identify it under "Destination."

    • 6). Click "Write." The disc image will be burned to disc. Once the process is complete, re-insert the disc to boot from it.

    • 7). Restart your computer.

    • 8). Immediately press F10 or Delete at system startup to access the BIOS. (Depending on your computer, it may be a different key to access the BIOS. Simply consult the bottom of your screen once the computer starts to determine how to access the BIOS.)

    • 9). Select "Advanced" or "Boot" to change the boot order of your devices.

    • 10

Move CD/DVD-ROM to the top of the boot list.

    • 11

Save and exit the BIOS to restart the computer. The system will now boot to the disc which is in the CD/DVD-ROM.
