How to Change a Folder in RoboForm

- 1). Find your "My RoboForm Data" folder. It should be in the "Documents" folder in Vista, or the "My Documents" folder in Windows XP and earlier versions of Windows.
- 2). Double click on the "My RoboForm Data" folder.
- 3). Double click on the "Default Profile" folder to open it.
- 4). In the "Default Profile" folder, go to "File" and select "New." (In Vista, select "Organize" and then "New Folder.")
- 5). Select "Folder" or "New Folder" and enter a new name for the folder.
- 6). Drag and drop the appropriate login files into the newly created folder.
- 7). Create more new folders as needed.
- 8). Rename existing folders by clicking on a folder, pressing the F2 button and typing in the new folder name.
- 9). In your browser, click on the RoboForm icon, select "Profiles" and then "Refresh." This will update RoboForm with the new file names.
