How to Install Arris Touchstone 501 in Windows XP
- 1). Plug an Ethernet cable into the port on the back of the Arris Touchstone 501.
- 2). Plug the other end into the network port on the back of your computer.
- 3). Restart the computer.
- 4). Click "Start," "Run," type "cmd," and press "Enter."
- 5). Type "ipconfig /renew" and press "Enter," obtaining an IP address from the Touchstone 501, completing the connection.
