How to Reset a Password in Windows Me
- 1). Click "Start" in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.
- 2). Click "Settings." Select "Control Panel."
- 3). Double-click "Passwords." Click "Change Windows Password." Click "OK."
- 4). Type your current password in the "Old Password" dialog box. Type the new password in the "New password" dialog box. Type the same new password in the "Confirm new password" dialog box. Click "OK" to enter the new password. Click "OK" to confirm the change.
