How to Repair Motorola S9 Buttons

    • 1). Press the power button in the middle of the headset to turn it off. Pull the earbud pieces off the sides of the button assembly to remove them.

    • 2). Insert the tip of your screwdriver underneath the rubber at one end of the button assembly and lift up the rubber to expose two screws. Remove these screws and then repeat the process with the other side.

    • 3). Lift the cover off the button assembly to expose the internal components. The buttons will be visible on top of the motherboard.

    • 4). Unstick any buttons and fit the plastic cover back over the assembly in such a way that the buttons aren't obstructed. Replace the screws and earbuds.
