- 1). Launch the FrostWire program and click the "Library" tab.
- 2). Locate the movie file you want to transfer to your iPod. Highlight and right-click the item. Select "Open in Windows Explorer" or "View in Explorer."
- 3). Right-click the movie file and choose the "Open with" option. Select "iTunes" from the pop-out menu. The file opens automatically and starts playing in iTunes. You can stop the video playback at any time.
- 4). Connect the iPod to the computer via the USB cable. Wait a few moments for iTunes to recognize the device.
- 5). Go to the left sidebar and select the iPod from the "Devices" panel. Click the "Videos" tab on the right pane and check the box for "Sync Videos."
- 6). Click the "Sync" button near the bottom of iTunes. The iPod begins syncing your movie to the device, which may take several minutes depending on the file's size. ITunes then displays a message indicating that the sync is complete and that it is safe to disconnect your device.
