How to Transfer Alltel Apps
- 1). Purchase Alltel Backup, if necessary. Access the Alltel store on your Alltel phone. Select your shopping cart, "Catalog" and then "Email and Tools." Select "Alltel Backup" and "Purchase."
- 2). Launch the Alltel Backup application on your phone. Consult your manual for the specific path for your phone.
- 3). Press "Options." Press "Migrate." This submits your application to the Alltel server as storage.
- 4). Return to the Alltel Backup page on the Alltel website. Click "Delete" to cancel the subscription on this phone.
- 5). Redownload Alltel Backup on your new phone. Launch the application.
- 6). Type in your phone's PIN. This will automatically transfer your applications to the new phone.
