How to Convert a Blackberry SIM to an iPhone 1st Generation

    • 1). Bend the end of a paperclip and insert the bent end into the small hole at the top of your first-generation iPhone. You can find the hole directly adjacent to the iPhone's headphone jack.

    • 2). Pull the SIM card tray out of the top of your iPhone. After you insert the paperclip, the SIM card tray will partially release from your iPhone. You can fully remove the SIM card tray by pulling it from the phone.

    • 3). Place the BlackBerry SIM card in the iPhone's SIM card tray.

    • 4). Push the SIM card tray back into your first-generation iPhone.

    • 5). Wait until you see the carrier's logo -- in most cases, AT&T -- displayed in the upper left corner of your first-generation iPhone.
