- 1). Launch iTunes on your computer.
- 2). Connect your iPhone to a USB port on your computer with the USB cable.
- 3). Click the "Apps" tab in the iTunes application window. A list appears of the apps you downloaded to your computer from Apple's iTunes Store.
- 4). Click the check box next to "Sync Apps" to select it.
- 5). Click the check box next to all the names of each app that you want to copy to your iPhone in order to select them.
- 6). Click "Sync" at the bottom of the iTunes window. The apps copy over to the iPhone. Their icons appear on the iPhone's home screen.
- 7). Click the eject button next to the icon of your iPhone under "Devices" in the left side of the iTunes application window, and then disconnect the iPhone from your computer.
