- The Eclipse II wired keyboard comes in black and silver, with a universal serial bus (USB) interface, detachable palm rest, media control buttons, an extendable wrist rest and cushioned keys. The Eclipse III wired keyboard shares these features but is black in color and also includes built-in audio ports, MIC and headphone sockets, a touch-sensitive control panel for volume and lighting, and Microsoft Windows and Internet shortcut keys. Both keyboards work with Windows XP, XP64 and Vista, while the Eclipse II also works with Windows 7.
- Both the Eclipse II and the Eclipse III have laser-etched keys which allow illumination through. The Eclipse II has an adjustable glow so the user can set how bright or dim the illumination is. The Eclipse III has this as well as multiple colors you can choose for your backlighting, including red, blue and purple.
- The Eclipse II can be found for sale at retailers ranging from about for $60 to $70 (as of January 2011). The Eclipse III is available from fewer stores but can be found online for about $80.
