- 1). Close all printer applications on your desktop.
- 2). Click the "Start" menu in the bottom-left corner of your desktop, then "Control Panel."
- 3). Double-click the "Printers (and faxes)" folder in Control Panel.
- 4). Click the "Driver" tab in the Printers folder. Right-click your Epson R360, then click "Printing preferences."
- 5). Scroll down the options and click "Factory defaults" at the bottom of the choices. Click "OK" to save the changes. This will restore factory range settings for the printer's laser and PictureMate software, as well as Windows driver settings.
