How to Restore an Active Web Desktop in XP

1). Open Control Panel.
2). Double click the "Display" icon in Control Panel. The "Display Properties" window opens.
3). Select the "Desktop" tab.
4). Click the "Customize Desktop..." button. The "Desktop" dialog box opens.
5). Select the "Web" tab and select your Web page.
6). Click "OK." Close the Control Panel and your Active Web Desktop is restored.
