How to Restore Windows XP Start Toolbar
- 1). Open the Windows Start menu by pressing the Windows Logo key on your keyboard (usually the button in between the left CTRL and ALT keys).
- 2). Right-click on a clear area of the menu and select "Properties" from the context menu.
- 3). Open the "Taskbar" tab, and then click to un-check the check box for "Auto-hide the taskbar."
- 4). Click "Apply" and "OK" to save your settings and restore the taskbar.
