How Do I Deactivate the Mouse Pad on the Presario Laptop?

- 1). Click the "Start" button in the bottom-left corner of your desktop.
- 2). Scroll up and type "mouse" (without the quotes) in the field, and press the "Enter" key on your desktop.
- 3). Click "Mouse" when it appears in the list of items. The Mouse Properties window will appear.
- 4). Click the "Device Settings" tab. Highlight the "ClickPad" entry, and click the "Disable" button.
- 5). Click the "Apply" button, and select the "OK" button.
