How to Use a Grave Accent in a Windows Document
- 1). Open the Character Map. (Open the Start menu and choose Programs, then Accessories, then System Tools and then Character Map.)
- 2). Choose a font from the menu.
- 3). Locate the vowel and the grave accent that you want to use.
- 4). Click the character; then click Select and Copy.
- 5). Go to your document and insert your cursor at the spot where you want the vowel and the grave accent to appear.
- 6). Paste the character onto the document.
