How to Sync an iTouch With Another Computer Without Losing Your Music
- 1). Connect your iTouch to the computer you'd like to sync it with. Use the Apple USB cable that came with your iTouch.
- 2). Open iTunes.
- 3). Click on your iTouch's name under "Devices" in the iTunes left-hand column on the screen.
- 4). Click the "Music" tab.
- 5). Remove the check next to "Sync" music. Click the "Sync" button. Your iTouch will now sync all of your content with the computer it is currently connected to, with the sole exception of your music. All of the music that was on your iTouch before the sync will still be there after the sync.
