- 1). Right-click on "My Computer" and choose "Explore" to open Windows Explorer. Go to the "Documents and Settings" folder and select "All Users."
- 2). Click the "Tools" menu and choose "Folder Options" from the list. Select the "View" tab and make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is selected.
- 3). Go back to Windows Explorer and right-click on the "Application Data" folder. Choose "Properties" from the list.
- 4). Select the "Security" tab and highlight the "Administrators" group. Check the "Allow Full Control" check box.
- 5). Click the "Advanced" button and make sure the "Replace permissions" check box is checked. Click "OK" to accept your choices.
