How to Move the Task Bar When It Is on the Side in Vista
- 1). Right-click an empty spot on the Vista taskbar. Click "Lock The Taskbar" if there is a checkbox next to the menu choice.
- 2). Click and hold the taskbar, then drag it to the top, bottom or sides of the screen. The taskbar aligns vertically or horizontally along the side of the screen.
- 3). Right-click an empty place on the taskbar. Click "Lock The Taskbar."
