- 1). Install the latest update from Apple for your iPod. This should include AirPrint, a new software feature available for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad that was designed to solve the iPad's inability to print. Ensure that your iPod is Wi-Fi-enabled.
- 2). Open an application that supports AirPrint, such as Safari, Photos or Mail.
- 3). Select the content that you want to print and tap the printer icon. Choose the printer from which you want to print and press "Print."
- 1). Download a printing application from the iTunes store, such as PrinterShare, ePrint or DocPrinter.
- 2). Perform the necessary steps to setup the app on your iPod, such as registering or calibrating your settings.
- 3). Select the content that you wish to print and follow the directions for the application. Generally, this requires tapping the printer icon, selecting the appropriate printer and pressing "Print."
