How to Burn a CD Off of an iPod Playiist
- 1). Open the iTunes program on your computer.
- 2). Select "iTunes" from the main toolbar menu and choose the "Preferences" option.
- 3). Click the "Burning" tab.
- 4). Select the "Audio CD" option and select the desired gap between songs from the drop-down menu. Click "OK" to save your CD burn settings.
- 5). Right-click an iPod playlist from the "Playlist" subsection on the left side of the iTunes window.
- 6). Check the bottom of the iTunes window for the running time of the playlist. Blank CDs typically hold either 74 or 80 minutes of music. If a song needs to be cut, select it and press "Delete" from the keyboard.
- 7). Select the option "Burn Playlist to a Disk."
- 8). Insert a blank CD into the CD or DVD burner drive on the computer.
- 9). Click the "Burn" button. iTunes will prompt you when the burn process is complete and it is safe to remove the CD.
