How to Take Permission in XP Professional

    • 1). Turn on your computer and log into a user account with administrative privileges.

    • 2). Click "Start" then click "Control Panel."

    • 3). Double-click the "User Accounts" icon. A window will appear listing all the user accounts available on your computer.

    • 4). Left-click the account you wish to change.

    • 5). Left-click "Change my account type."

    • 6). Check the box labeled "Limited" then click "Change Account Type." This will remove administrative privileges for the account in question.
