How to Make an iPod Account
- 1). Open the iTunes program. This will allow you to connect to the Apple store and account information.
- 2). Select "iTunes Store" from the menu items. There will be a link the the iTunes Store in the main window of iTunes, its exact placement depending on the version of iTunes that you are running.
- 3). Select "Create Account." Clicking this link will bring you to the account creation page.
- 4). Enter information. You will need to choose a user name, password, enter information about yourself and enter in your credit card or debit card information in the payment section. To make purchases through the iTunes store, you must have either a credit or debit card or redeemed Apple iTunes gift card on file.
- 5). Submit the information. Clicking either "OK," "Submit" or "Create Account" will verify your information and create an account for you. Once you sync your iPod to your iTunes account, the iPod will be identified with the iTunes account created.
