How to Install Backtrack on a Virtual PC

    • 1). Click on the virtual machine you want to install Backtrack Linux on.

    • 2). Click on the "CD" menu in the virtual machine window that appears, then click "Capture ISO Image."

    • 3). Insert the Backtrack Linux CD into your computer's CD drive. Alternatively, if you are installing from a Backtrack ISO file, click the "Browse" button to search for the ISO file using a file browser.

    • 4). Click on the "Action" button in the virtual machine window, then click "Reset."

    • 5). Follow the onscreen prompts that appear to install Backtrack Linux.
