- 1). Connect your iPod to your computer using your iPod connector cable.
- 2). Select your iPod (under Devices), using the left hand menu from iTunes.
- 3). Click on the tab titled “Contacts” from the main window.
- 4). Click the box next to “Sync Address Book contacts.” It should be the first item on the menu.
- 5). Next, select “All contacts” or “Selected Groups.” If you only wish to sync certain groups, check which group(s) you want to put on your iPod.
- 6). Select whether or not you wish to include a contact photo as the last option.
- 7). Click on the tab named “Summary”, located at the top. This is the first tab.
- 8). In the bottom right corner, click “Apply” or “Sync” to put the contacts onto your iPod.
