How to Make a Ring With Red Beads
- 1). Cut a piece of mono filament string at least 6 inches long. It needs to be this long so that it can weave in between the beads. When you have finished the ring, simply cut off the extra string.
- 2). Put a round bead on the string and center it in the middle.
- 3). Place a red bead on either side of the round bead, one on each string.
- 4). Get another round bead and thread both sides of the string through the hole, pulling them tight.
- 5). Place another red bead on each string.
- 6). Follow with another round bead, threaded with both sides of the string. Continue to do this until the ring fits perfectly around your finger.
- 7). Thread the two sides of the string through the round bead that you started with. This should make the beads the perfect fit for your finger.
- 8). Tie a surgeon's knot two times to ensure that it will hold.
- 9). Place a dot of glue on the knot, further ensuring its security.
- 1). Put the two strings together.
- 2). Make a loop and pull both ends through it, as if you are tying a simple knot. Do not pull it tight.
- 3). Loop both ends through a second time, and then pull them tight.
