How to Add WMV File to iPod Nano
- 1). Download and install Handbrake. (See Resources.)
- 2). Launch Handbrake.
- 3). Click "Source" and select the WMV file you wish to transfer to your iPod Nano.
- 4). Click "Browse" and select the location you wish to save your converted video file.
- 5). Select "Apple iPod" from the encoding presets at the left and then click "Start" to convert the video to a format compatible with the iPod.
- 1). Download and install Videora. (See Resources.)
- 2). Launch Videora.
- 3). Click "Convert" in the toolbar.
- 4). Click "Normal Mode."
- 5). Click "Select File" and select the WMV file you wish to transfer to your iPod Nano.
- 6). Click "Browse" and select the location to save the converted video file and then click "Next."
- 7). Set "Video Format" to "New" and "Video Size" to iPod and then click "Next." You can optionally adjust the video and audio quality settings according to your preferences.
- 8). Click the "Convert" button once the project is configured to convert the WMV video file to a format compatible with the iPod Nano.
- 1). Download and install Evom. (See Resources.)
- 2). Launch Evom.
- 3). Click "Open" and select the WMV file you wish to convert. Alternatively, you can drag and drop video files into the Evom interface.
- 4). Select "iPod" as the file type and then click "Convert." The converted video will be stored in the same directory as the original WMV file.
- 1). Launch iTunes.
- 2). Select "File" and then "Import."
- 3). Select the converted video file and then click "OK."
- 4). Connect your iPod Nano to the computer using the appropriate USB cable.
- 5). Click "Movies" to find the converted video file in your iTunes library.
- 6). Drag and drop the converted video onto your iPod Nano icon in the iTunes sidebar to add the file to your device.
- 7). Click the "Eject" button to safely remove your iPod Nano once you have transferred the video file.
