How to Reset All ActiveX

    • 1). Close all open programs, including Internet Explorer.

    • 2). Click the Windows "Start" menu and click "Run" (Windows XP) or "Start Search" (Windows 7 and Vista). Type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotes) in the open box and press "Enter." This launches the Internet Options dialog box.

    • 3). Click the "Advanced" tab and click the "Reset" button under "Reset Internet Explorer Settings." Click "Reset" again. Internet Explorer resets all ActiveX settings as well as other settings. Click "Close" in the "Reset Internet Explorer Settings" dialog box and restart Internet Explorer.
