- Both the 2G and 3G phones have 8 GB and 16 GB storage available. The phones each have a 2.0-megapixel camera. The 3G iPhone has geo-tagging and third-party application integration, while the 2G does not.
- While the 3G iPhone is slightly larger and weighs a little more than the 2G, the physical differences easily go unnoticed. Each has a 3.5 inch multitouch display that supports a resolution of 480 by 320 pixels.
- The 2G iPhone offers up to eight hours of talk time on the 2G network. The 3G iPhone offers up to five hours of talk time on the 3G network and up to 10 hours on the 2G network.
