End Process

• 1). Press "Ctrl," "Shift," and "Escape" to open the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Show Processes From All Users" button.
  
  
• 4). Right click "Worm.Win32.Netsky" (located under the "Image Name" heading), and select "End Process."
  
  
• 5). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Delete Registry Entries

• 1). Click "Start," type "regedit" into the "Search" box, and press "Enter." The Registry Editor opens.
  
  
• 2). Click "Edit," "Find," type "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Worm.Win32.Netsky" into the empty box, and click "Find Next." The Registry Editor will highlight the matching registry entry.
  
  
• 3). Right click the highlighted registry entry, and select "Delete."
  
  
• 4). Close the Registry Editor.
  
  

Delete Files

• 1). Click "Start," type "Worm.Win32.Netsky" into the "Search" box.
  
  
• 2). Right click the matching files that appear in the "Results List" and select "Delete." Note that these files may have different extensions, such as .exe or .dll.
  
  
• 3). Restart your computer.
