How to Restart a Computer in DOS Mode
- 1). Go to the Start menu on the lower-left corner of the PC.
- 2). Click the "Shut Down" icon. This opens down the Shutdown window.
- 3). Choose the option to "Restart the Computer in MS-DOS mode" on the window that appears.
- 4). Click "OK." Windows then exits and places you in MS-DOS.
