Conservation and physical Development in the rurals of Iran

Today's  the environment of many countries in the rurals are facing with several threats including the desertification, destruction of forests and pastures, agricultural land use changes, low levels of underground water table, landslide etc.

Although a set of environmental factors (climate fluctuations, earthquakes, floods ...) and human (physical planning and other measures) are involved in the creation of the above conditions, but the impact of human factors in Changing environmental conditions is growing. And this factor, either because of quantities properties (increasing population) or qualitative (the human relationship  mechanism with the environment affected by factors such as levels of technology, time, the dominant patterns of planning, etc.), have a exploitation way To deal with nature. One of the most significant environmental aspects in rural areas is physical development and planning associated with the body of the village through various development projects that oriented the human interaction with the rural  environment.

Guidelines:

in the Physical development process in rural areas, and planning for it we need to improve the environmental quality and maintain environmental sustainability - as the context of human activity – and for this aims we need to taken into consideration the following points:
1 - Providing guidlines to protect of plants and animal diversity;
2 - Considering the cleanliness of rural environments, and reduce damage to it, Therefore, it is essential to pay attention to the spatial diversification and zoning in the planning process
 3 - increase green space, and enhancing of stakeholders choices;
4 - Editing Services, based on environmental realities - spatial regions;
5 - developing indicators for rural environmental protection projects(mentioned in the main text of study).

6- Determination of environmental sensitivities in different rural areas;
7 - Providing guidelines check list to improve the environmental index in the villages studied;
9 - governing reasonable procedures  on the rural study process,
10 – convinced planners and decision makers to consider environmental protection standards at the level of rural studies;
11 - Considering the environmental weaknesses and making sustainable these spaces

This paper investigates the subject of environmental conservation in the physical planning. However, in the whole scale, environmental conservation considered via planner and decision-makers, but in the small scale, especially in the rural areas that contains most of natural resources, is neglected. So, the main subject is evaluation the scale of attention to environmental conservation indicators in the physical planning of rural areas.
Methodology in this research is based on library and fieldi. the result of this research shows that the environmental conservation mostly neglectd in rural project and need to define the pricipal for projects in rural ereas.
