How to Use Palm Texas With Mozilla Thunderbird
- 1). Download the Palm Desktop and HotSync software. Save it to your desktop for easy access. Follow the instructions for installing the software. Restart your computer.
- 2). Attach the data cable to your Palm device. Attach the other end to your computer desktop or laptop's USB port.
- 3). Double-click the Palm Desktop and HotSync software. Click on "Options." Your computer's files and programs should appear.
- 4). Search for Mozilla Thunderbird. Check off the contacts, emails and tasks you want to synchronize from the drop-down menu. Click on "Next."
- 5). Click on "Finish." Wait for the synchronization to complete. Disconnect your USB cable, when prompted.
- 6). Press the "Home" button twice on your Palm device. Locate the list in the upper right-hand corner and select "Multimedia." Select the "Media" applications. Your Thunderbird files will appear in this folder.
