How to Make an Activity Calendar

- 1). Purchase or print out a calendar from a free online calendar source. Choose a desk calendar or over-sized wall calendar, or print on legal sized or larger paper.
- 2). Fill-in all national holidays. Banks, government offices and other businesses may be closed on national holidays impacting activity plans. School and social activities may be canceled on these days. Many calendars have these dates already marked.
- 3). Write in recurring activities. Mark regular meetings, sports practice or any other activity that happens weekly or monthly. Doing this will help to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- 4). Add planned or tentative activities to the remaining spaces. Decide on vacation times and smaller outings according to the open spaces on the calendar.
