How Do I Download Files From My iTunes Library to My Sansa Clip?

    • 1). Click "Start" on the desktop menu, click "All Programs" and click "iTunes" to launch the iTunes program.

    • 2). Click "Edit" at the top of the iTunes menu, and click "Preferences" on the sub-menu. Click "Import Settings" and click the "Import Using" menu. Click "MP3 Encoder" and click "OK."

    • 3). Click "OK" in the "General Preferences" window, and click the "Music" tab in the sidebar of iTunes. Right click the song you want to convert, and click "Create MP3 Version" on the shortcut menu.

    • 4). Drag the MP3 version of the song to your desktop, and release the mouse button to drop it.

    • 5). Plug the Sansa Clip's USB cable into the PC's USB device port, and plug the opposite end of the cable into the Sansa Clip's dock connector port.

    • 6). Double click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop, and double click the "Sansa Clip" icon to open the device's window.

    • 7). Drag the MP3 on your desktop to the Sansa Clip's window, and wait for the songs or podcasts to transfer to the device.

    • 8). Double click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop and right click the "Sansa Clip" icon. Click "Eject" on the shortcut menu to safely unplug your device from the computer.
