Windows XP Security Center Won't Open
- 1). Click "Start" and click "Run."
- 2). Type "services.msc" and press "Enter."
- 3). Double-click "Windows Security Center."
- 4). Select "Manual" from the "Startup Type" box and press "Start" to start the service, allowing the program to be opened.
