Print to PDF in Foxit
- 1). Double-click the PDF document to launch it with Foxit Reader. Otherwise, launch Foxit Reader from its default installation location. Click the "File" menu, followed by "Open." Browse for and launch the PDF document using the subsequent dialog window as shown.
- 2). Click the "File" menu and select "Print." Note that your default printer is already selected; to use a secondary printer, however, click the "Printer" drop-down menu and select it from the available devices list.
- 3). Select from the available options in the "Print Range" field, such as printing all pages, only the current page displayed or a specified page number within the document.
- 4). Select the number of copies you wish to print from the "Print Handling" field and whether to print as grayscale. Select the grayscale option if you do not wish to print the PDF document in color.
- 5). Click "OK" to effectively print the PDF document in question.
