How to Sync iCal to an iPhone
- 1). Connect the iPhone to your Mac computer using a USB cable. The iTunes program will automatically launch once the connection is established.
- 2). Click the iPhone icon in the navigational pane located on the left side of the iTunes interface.
- 3). Click the "Info" tab in the main display area of iTunes.
- 4). Enable iCal sync by checking "Sync iCal Calendars."
- 5). Configure the iCal sync options by selecting the calendars you wish to sync with your iPhone and specifying the time period to sync.
- 6). Click the "Apply" button at the bottom-right of the iTunes interface to save the sync settings. Your iCal data will now be synced every time you sync your iPhone with iTunes.
