How to Burn Data CDs With Windows XP
- 1). Insert your blank CD in your computer's CD burner drive and close it.
- 2). Open the Start menu, select "My Computer" and double-click on your CD burner drive.
- 3). Click and drag your data into the open CD drive window. This will create temporary files, now ready for burning to your CD. Once you have all the files you want to burn, maximize the CD drive window on your screen.
- 4). Click "Write to CD" in the left navigation pane under "CD Writing Tasks". The CD Write Wizard will appear onscreen. Follow the prompts to name your disc and complete the writing process.
