Okay now that the spray paint is dry I have white house paint and it is nothing special it is ordinary white house paint. I'm dipping a piece of the tee shirt into the paint. What I'm doing is I'm dabbing it like this. Now what I'm going to do with this is lightly dab it on the surface of the skull.
