- 1). Plug the Ethernet cable into the "Out" port on the back of the DSL modem. Plug the other end into the wireless router marked "Internet."
- 2). Plug a second Ethernet cable into the "Out" port of the wireless router. Insert the other end into the "Ethernet" port on the back of your computer's tower.
- 3). Launch a Web browser. Look for a URL on the bottom of your wireless router. Enter it into the URL field. It will ask for a user name and password. Enter your information and click "OK" to confirm the connection.
- 4). Turn on your Apple iPod Touch. Tap the "Settings" application. Choose the "Wi-Fi" setting and look for your Ethernet connection.
- 5). Enter your user name and password. Your iPod Touch will connect you to the Internet.
