How to Fix NAT With Westell

    • 1). Click “Start,” type “Internet Explorer” and press “Enter.”

    • 2). Type “192.168.1.1” in the Internet Explorer address bar and press “Enter.”

    • 3). Enter the word “admin” in the User Name box, then enter “password” in the Password box and click “OK.”

    • 4). Click the blue “Static NAT” button at the bottom. This opens a smaller window on your screen.

    • 5). Click “Configuration” and “Services.” Click the blue “Static NAT” button.

    • 6). Click to select the computer or device you want to have an open NAT in the “Static NAT Device” menu, then click the “Enable” button at the bottom. This closes the small window and takes you back to the previous screen.

    • 7). Click the “Define Custom Service” button. This opens another small window on your screen.

    • 8). Click the “Next” button. Enter the service’s name in the “Service Name” field.

    • 9). Type the port numbers used by the software in the “Port” fields, then click the “TCP” or “UDP” protocol radio button. Click the “Close” button. This closes the smaller window and takes you back to the previous page.

      Click the “Service Name” drop-down, select the service name you created and click “Enable.” Close the Westell Service Configuration screen.
