How to Run Microsoft Windows Support Center on a HP Computer
- 1). Open the Start menu, either by clicking on the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of the screen, or pressing the Windows shortcut key next to the "Alt" button on the keyboard.
- 2). Click on "Help" and "Support" in the Start menu. This will launch the Microsoft Windows Help and Support Center. Often if a problem arises, Windows will prompt you to open the troubleshooting section of Support Center in order to solve the issue.
- 3). Click on "Browse Help," under the Options menu at the top right of the Help and Support dialog box, or type a search term in the Support Center search box. Browsing will give you topic-by-topic access to support, while searching will pinpoint specific problems.
