How to deauthorize a computer in iTunes
- 1). Log into your computer and pull up your iTunes player. Make sure you do this on the new computer that you wish to authorize to play your new music on. You can deauthorize your iTunes account from any computer but if you are going to be authorizing a computer, it is best to complete all steps from the same computer.
- 2). Log into your iTunes account by going to the iTunes store and signing in with your email address and password.
- 3). Click on your email address, which is on the upper right hand side of the screen. You will then see your Apple Account information. You will then see computer authorizations. Click on deauthorize all. This will then clear your iTunes account and will allow you to plug in your iPod to your computer and upload and play all of your songs.
