How to Map a Drive on a Toshiba Copier
- 1). Click "Start" then "Devices and Printers" on the computer that the device is connected to.
- 2). Double-click the Toshiba in "Printers and Faxes" list. Click "Customize your printer."
- 3). Click "Sharing." Enable "Share this printer." Enter a name such as "TOSHIBA" for the share. This will be the second half of the drive path for your device. Click "Apply" and then "OK."
- 4). Switch to another network printer. Click "Start" then " Devices and Printers." Click "Add a printer." Choose "Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer." Click the printer with the following drive path:
\\COMPUTER\TOSHIBA
"COMPUTER" will be replaced with the name of the connecting computer. "TOSHIBA" will be replaced with whatever name you gave the device. This is the mapped network drive path. - 5). Click "Next." Click "Finish."
